Niche Products Monthly: Full Review

As I write this, my Top Ten List of the Best Private Label Article Services shows Jason Gazaway’s Niche Products Monthly in the #2 spot. And if it were a list of simply the best private label content sites, I’m thinking it would be an easy #1.

As an article site, it’s already a great value. You get 150 original, private label articles each month. They are organized into 3 groups of fifty, on three separate topics. For example, this month the niche topics are Greenhouse Gardening, Crochet, and Stamp Collecting. Among the 50 articles on Greenhouse Gardening, you will find titles like “commercial greenhouse equipment” and “greenhouse heaters.” Do a little digging with your keyword research tools, and you will see that each article is based on a useful keyword phrase (a phrase that generates search engine traffic and pay-per-click advertising).

For the price of the service, at less than $50/month ongoing subscription, this is a solid value. Decent quality articles you can use in any number of ways, at about 30 cents per article. And this is for a limited-enrollement membership, so your content isn’t diluted too much by other subscribers. (There are also payment options that reduce your monthly fee if you subscribe for several months at a time).

But really, the articles are just the tip of the iceberg at Niche Products Monthly. Take those 3 monthly niche topics, and look what you get along with the articles:

  • a private label product (eBook content, PDF and Microsoft Word formats supplied) for each topic: this is not a repackage of the articles, but completely separate content
  • a complete set of graphics for each topic, including an eBook cover, a sales page header/footer/orderbutton set, and another separate header suitable for an Adsense content site - all with original Photoshop files so you can change them easily
  • a complete, functioning Adsense revenue site for each topic, including a powerful control panel that makes it easy to insert your own Google Adsense and Amazon affiliation codes, as well as to add fresh articles and rebuild the entire site, navigation and sitemaps automatically
  • a finished sales letter (HTML format with graphics) for each niche
  • a 5-part e-mail series for each niche, so you can offer visitors free content in exchange for their e-mail opt-in
  • pre-written text ads for both Google AdWords and Yahoo! Overture - a total of 60, with 10 per niche for each system
  • 5 press releases for each niche, ready to send out via online press release services
  • research on 5 related affiliate programs for each niche
  • a huge list of keywords and keyword phrases for each niche, ready to plug in to your AdWords or other traffic generating system
  • theme-related Master Resell products coordinated with the monthly niche topics

Whew! That’s a lot of material to work with. The whole system works nicely together to allow you to build solid money-generating niche sites following your own chosen business model. Set up a Google AdSense revenue site, create an attractive niche product and market it through Clickbank and a mini sales site, build an opt-in list and market niche-focused affiliate products to the list. Or better yet, combine all three approaches to maximize the returns on your investment in driving traffic.

The wealth of content provided for each niche topic makes it really easy (and fast) to set things up, however you choose to approach it. Needless to say, you do have to rework the provided material in order to get the best results. You don’t want your site and products to look or read like anyone else’s.

So how usable are the Niche Products Monthly materials? From my perspective, as an active niche site builder, and member of a dozen monthly article services and nearly as many Adsense site subscription services, this membership site is the best all-round package.

The articles? Not perfect. A lot of them are written in rough English that needs to be polished. However, the content of each article is very solid, and it provides an excellent base for re-writing and editing. This is a process you have to follow for any private label content in any case, in order to avoid the hazards of publishing content identical to other sites.

The eBook/products? Top notch. Again, you will want and need to re-format the material to make it your own. But these private label books are very close to finished product, and even a beginner will have no trouble coming up with an attractive and saleable e-book.

The graphics? Variable, but ranging from “pretty good” to excellent. Since you get source Photoshop files for each graphic, it’s easy enough to re-do the ones you don’t like in a matter of minutes.

And then, there’s all the other material that I’ve listed above. I won’t go into detail on each and every component of the package, just believe me that all of the content is up to the same high standard - either ready to go as-is, or very easy to reshape into final form.

Jason Gazaway also fills out this outstandingly comprehensive service with useful bonuses. My favorite is the free web hosting, which gives you a solid CPanel/Fantastico hosting package that is ideal for niche site building. Old hands will know that you can always use additional hosting locations, in order to diversify your “virtual real estate” holdings and provide better search engine coverage. So this is a real value.

There is also a useful members’ forum and some good training materials. And other bonus stuff I’ve forgotten to mention.

The final point I should deal with is the Terms of Service. Every private label content package has a slightly different definition of rights. Niche Products Monthly strikes a balance between open-ended use of the material (for example, you can continue to use the content obtained as a subscriber, after your subscription ends) and fair restrictions to prevent devaluation of the content (for example, you can’t sell products on eBay or other auction sites, and you can’t re-sell the source material). Once again, operator Jason Gazaway gets things just right, in my opinion.

So now you can see why I rate Niche Products Monthly so highly. If you are involved in building revenue-generating niche sites, or planning to get started, this is a service you should subscribe to - if you can get in. Due to the limited membership cap, the service is often closed to new members. It opens up for a few days every couple of months, just until the membership cap is reached (openings are due to inevitable turn-over of membership).

My best advice is to check the Niche Products Monthly site regularly, and grab a membership as soon as you can.
